We are looking to hire experienced and dynamic lecturers to teach and
assess students at Foundation and Undergraduate degree levels.

We are offering a variety of business modules ranges from Marketing, Accounting, HRM, Business Law, Business Strategy, Organisational Behaviour, Research Project, Business Ethics, Performance management, etc.

The role also includes tutorials, observing presentation from students and giving feedback and to undertake administrative duties as necessary besides marking assignments as per the requirement of the awarding bodies.

We particularly seek someone who will be able to:

Deliver the module as per given Scheme of work and teaching materials and to contribute for the continuous improvements in the available resources.
Deploy assessments appropriately as set out in the assignments brief.
Set out measures to understand the learning needs of students on their modules and deliver the sessions through interactive teaching.
Prepare lesson plan and evaluate the session after delivery of lessons.
Enter attendance registers for each session as per college policies.
Highlight those learners who are at risk and devise strategy to motivate them.
Support students with timely formative feedback.
Mark and provide summative feedback within the prescribed deadline.
Achieve the expectations of the Programme Specification of respective awarding bodies and Universities under which modules are being taught.
Produce appropriate module/unit reports.
Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with students from diverse

backgrounds
