Description

We are looking for dynamic and committed people who have a passion for supporting young people in a residential setting.

Experience is not essential, but you must have a driving licence and be willing to drive the company vehicles.

Being a residential support worker, can be a rewarding experience.

In this role you will be responsible alongside an experienced team to provide, support and care to young people who have experienced early childhood trauma.

The young people you will work with need to feel safe and cared about to help them reach their full potential.

You will have a part to play in the day day running of the home, including: day to interaction and interventions designed to support young people in everyday life.

You will be required to keep accurate written records and support assessments around risk.

You will be involved in working with the wider network of professionals to advocate and support young people in meeting relating directly to their care and education.

Overtime available.
