Salary banding GBP45,320 - GBP51,499 depending on experience, car or car allowance, pension scheme, private health, bonus, daily allowance, uniform, NMC/RCN fees reimbursed, subscription to PCRS plus additional benefits

Home and Field Based - as part of the role, there will be a requirement to conduct face to face field visits, therefore, there may be a need for overnight stays on occasion along with flexibility to travel.

Due to the expansion and growth of our clients respiratory nursing teams, we are looking to appoint an additional full-time Nurse Manager to the existing teams.

You will be managing a team of Nurse Advisors supporting healthcare professionals/patients to make informed decisions about treatment pathways.

Working in partnership with the NHS the team delivers a unique nursing programme which will focus closely on driving best practice, excellent patient care and improving patient outcomes.


You will have an understanding of national treatment guidelines - the team works together with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals to deliver the most up to date care for their patients.


In this role you will:


Have responsibility for managing a team of 8-10 respiratory specialist nurse advisors in delivering operational guidelines, continuous improvement, performance management, development and implementation of standard operational procedures and best practice/value approaches.

Support the delivery of professional standards and developments within services.


As part of the role, there will be a requirement to conduct face to face field visits, therefore, there may be a need for overnight stays on occasion along with flexibility to travel.

Qualifications:
NMC Registration and current active PIN Hold the Asthma/COPD/ARTP level diploma/equivalent (desirable) Hold the ENB 998 teaching and assessing course/equivalent (desirable) Full UK Driving Licence
