BEAUTY/ SKINCARE/ BRAND MANAGER / MASS MARKET / BATH&BODY /

**Joining at an exciting time when new premium & masstige beauty brands are being acquired & developed, this vital role will be part of a talented Brand marketing function.

Supported by a Graduate Brand Manager you will be responsible for driving brand performance across all UK channels to market; bricks and mortar Retailers, e-Tailers as well as those overseas.

An agile attitude is essential as the pace is fast and new opportunitiesare being presented all the time

Innovation is at the heart of their success, you will own the planning, development and direction of both the NPD & Marketing activities, fully maximising performance via strong competitor analysis, consumer understanding and market positioning.

Dynamicgrowth objective being high on the agenda.

A creative thinker able to present ideas to senior internal stakeholders with strong commercial understanding able to respond well under pressure.

Beauty brand experience would be highly advantageous but 3 years Brand Marketing within FMCG brands related to Health & Beauty will also be considered.

As the role is hybrid you must be happy and able to work at HQ in North Cambs for part of the week and have a full driving licence.
