Skilz Academy are devoted to building a brighter future - improving health & well-being, developing life skills, improving opportunity and building stronger communities.

We are looking for youth workers that would like to come on board, as sessional staff to deliver our unique GLOW Programme & Adult Fitness and Recreational Activities.

Our work can vary throughout the year. We like to work in advance with staff assigned to sessions for upto 8 weeks in advance.


Applicants will be:

• Confident in delivering a variety of sports or sporting activities, fitness classes
• Confident to lead sessions
• Work well individually and within a team
• Can use their own initiative
• Confident and highly motivated with an ability to inspire young people
• Friendly and approachable
• Deliver high quality sessions
