Warehouse Shift Manager Responsibilities

Manage a team of circa 40
Support with the roll out of their new WMS
Ensure all standards are exceeded and ready for audits
Lead by example with health and safety
Conduct regular health and safety checks
Share insight and ideas with the management team
Oversee all shifts, and when required adjust your working hours to tie in best with the operation
