  • Organising client briefing calls to understand their needs
  • Delivering and closing offers
  • Keeping up to date on current news and industry trends

Job requirements - Junior Recruitment Consultant

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Money motivation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Genuine care about Diversity and Inclusion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication comfortable speaking with high profile clients
  • Comfortable meeting new people, working in a collaborative environment
  • Previous Sales/Recruitment experience is beneficial but not a requirement
