I am currently recruiting for a Customer Product Coordinator for one of my clients in the Newport area. This is a great opportunity to join a established company as part of their research and development service team. There are routes for progression withinthis role with training and development provided by the company.

The Company:
Our client is a highly successful materials manufacturing business. They have been experiencing strong levels of growth over the past few years.

Due to a recent retiree they are seeking an experienced Customer Product Coordinatoror a Customer Service specialist with knowledge in product or materials development.

The Role:
A customer focused role within the Research and Development team assisting with new order creation.

You will be assisting customers and liaising with the R&D team and product developers to provide solutions from concept to launch.

Responsibilities include:

General admin order placement
Introduce customer concepts to developers
Assist the running of customer manufacturing projects
Become a product expert
CRM use
Manage site stock
Quote and estimate time scales to customers concept to launch

The hours of work are Monday - Friday during the day, however it is run on a split shift.

Week one: 8am

3.30pm (30 minutes lunch)

Week two: 9am

4.30pm (30 minutes lunch)
Previous customer service experience with knowledge of product/project coordination and development
Multitasking ability
Ability to effectively communicate using various channels
Manufacturing or Materials background
