Our trusted client is a Bristol based Construction and Maintenance Company, providing specialist services to a number of well-known local and national companies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional helpdesk Co-ordinator, with previous experience in a similar role, to join our busy team and provide support across a variety of contracts.


Role:


  • You will be responsible for monitoring the main helpdesk, with your main clients being ABM, Bristol Airport, CBRE, Gloucester County Council, GWR, Spacecare and new potential clients
  • Raising both quote request and reactive jobs, allocating labour and liaising with the client to book access
  • Sending SPOS to subcontractors in order for works to proceed
  • Ensuring there are descriptive notes on the system regarding the job status
  • Sending report sheets to clients and closing jobs down ready for invoicing
  • Monitor and record details of the preplanned maintenance, ensuring that SLAs are met, and you have received and filed subcontractor report sheets
  • Covering other helpdesks for annual leave/illness.
  • Assisting managers as required

Desired Requirements for the Property Maintenance Role:
Experience working within a similar helpdesk role or office environment. (FM experience desirable)

Computer literate - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to duties.

Ability to work under pressure and manage your time.
