The Queen Victoria Hospital are looking for experienced Operating Department Practitioners/Nurses.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to further develop leadership skills in a forward thinking team, striving to provide a high standard of care to our patients.

You will have vision and leadership qualities that will contribute to a safe, productive, efficient team.

You must:

Be NMC/HCPC registered
Have significant postgraduation experience
Happy to train and develop
Excellent communication skills, along with being organised and can showcase excellent patient care

**If you are successfully appointed to this role and complete a 6 month probationary period you will be eligible for a two stage New Starter Premium of £1500 in total.
