Accounts Assistant £25,00- £30,000 DOE

Exciting opportunity for experienced accounts assistant to take on a newly created role supporting the management accountant within this well-established organisation operating within the IT services sector.

As accounts assistant you will be responsible for assisting the management accountant and helping them to provide a first class delivery of finance services to the business

Duties to include:

Supporting the management of the cash book including cash book postings.
Month end reconciliations.
Providing support to month end accounts and analysis.
Supporting mandatory and company audit processes.
Ledger maintenance.

You will be expected to liaise with internal department to ensure that key finance and business objectives are met and engage externally to ensure that all mandatory finance and accounts governance is completed.

The successful accounts assistant must be AAT qualified or have proven demonstrable experience, be passionate about providing a first-class finance service, possess excellent technical and IT skills, including Excel.

Suit self-motivated, proactive and positive individual with excellent communication skills and an ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Ability to prioritise, and organise your own workload is also a must.
