We are working with a leading telecommunications organisation who are looking for a
Customer Representative to join their team on a 26-week fixed-term contract.
Roles and Responsibilities of the Customer Representative:
- Dispatching of engineers to send out to customer sites to fix technical issues.
- Scheduling engineers' workload via relevant systems.
- Consistent communication with both internal and external customers, ensuring a quality service is maintained and up to the agreed standards.
To be considered for the role of Customer Representative you will require:
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Strong administration experience, particularly within MS Office Applications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£13.33 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
