Description

We are working with a leading telecommunications organisation who are looking for a
Customer Representative to join their team on a 26-week fixed-term contract.

Working hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm and the role offers an hourly rate of £13.33 per hour/


Roles and Responsibilities of the Customer Representative:

  • Dispatching of engineers to send out to customer sites to fix technical issues.
  • Scheduling engineers' workload via relevant systems.
  • Consistent communication with both internal and external customers, ensuring a quality service is maintained and up to the agreed standards.

To be considered for the role of Customer Representative you will require:

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Strong administration experience, particularly within MS Office Applications.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
