The Entrepreneurship Centre at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a hub of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, is looking to add a dynamic, organised, and dependable individual to our team.

We're seeking a

Head of Programmes who can lead our exceptional portfolio of over ten initiatives that fuel our mission to promote entrepreneurial pathways for students and alumni through experiential learning, networking, and thought leadership.


As the Head of Programmes, you will be a key driving force in managing our initiatives such as the Entrepreneurship Project, Oxford Venture Builder, Entrepreneurship for Physics, The Fabric of Innovation, Building a Business, and more.

You will also be responsible for delivering our flagship event, the Oxford Saïd Entrepreneurship Forum (OSEF).

This role calls for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to contribute to the strategic growth and long-term development of our Centre.


Key Responsibilities

Senior Team Management:

  • Lead, manage and foster innovation within the Centre's programmes team. You will work closely with the Director of the Entrepreneurship Centre to develop new initiatives and partnerships, ensuring strategic alignment across the Centre's portfolio.

_Programme Oversight:
_
Design, develop, and implement educational programmes that equip students with skills to tackle global challenges. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, manage programme budgets, and support the team with data analysis and reporting.


_Conference Management:

_ Lead the end-to-end delivery and evaluation of the annual OSEF event, handling all aspects of event development, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, project management, and team coordination.
