We're on the lookout for a motivated, highly organised, and physically fit Multiskilled Operative to join the GME Team.

You'll be joining a driven and proactive team, who are passionate about delivering an exceptional service and making things happen

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with multiskilled experience looking for a position that offers work in a dynamic and busy environment.

As a GME Multiskilled Operative you will play a vital role in delivering a service which will include surveying and completing a variety of jobs of multiskilled works.

Some examples of the types of works are;

Replace or fix door handles
Complete patches of plastering where required
Hanging doors
Screeding floors
Replacing kitchen worktops
Installing skirting / architraves
Fixing / Replacing light switches
Patching damage to brick render
Re boarding
Patch pointing
Resealing baths,, sinks etc
Scrape and prepare ceilings
Service, install new extractor fans
Clear out gutters
Replace flush and toilet
Renew items such as taps, plinths and tiles

If you hold the necessary skillset, are enthusiastic, dynamic, energetic, and dedicated, then it's you we are looking for to join our team

We are ideally looking for someone who has worked on tenanted properties within the Local authority sector but this is not a requirement.

You will need to have;

Necessary qualifications
Experience in Multiskilled works
Driving licence and transport
Be Health and Safety conscious
Good level of physical fitness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

As a GME Multiskilled Operative you will be responsible for completing projects to high standard, within timescale and have a very keen eye to the finishing detail.
