Description

As a training officer you will pay a crucial role in equipping young people with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their employability and overall growth.

A big part of this role is implementing strategies to engage and involve young people in Herefordshire, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for young people to thrive and contribute to our community.

A big part of this role is supporting young people in Herefordshire. You should be able to build good working relationships with our young people.

We encourage independence and help to develop skills that they can maintain their currant accommodation to successfully secure and sustain accommodation.

You need to be confident when dealing with outside agencies to aid the growth of the service by developing new links and partnerships within the local community, with particular emphasis on training, employment and work-based activities.

Are you able to engage young people? Can you think outside the box? Are you able to remain calm in times of crisis? If yes, this role could be for you

The hours are on a rota basis and include 09:00-17:00,11-19:00,14:00-22:00

This role includes some weekend working.
