"Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students? Then the Trainee Cover Supervisor role with Tradewind is for you We are running a 'Cover Supervisor School' local to Grimsby and the surrounding areas, where we will provide you with the tools to cover classes for teachers. This is a great opportunity for those who have had experience working in a school setting, or have previously volunteered in a school setting.

Key duties include:

Supervising work set in accordance with school policy
Managing the behaviour of pupils to ensure a constructive environment
Responding to any questions from pupils about processes and procedures
Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to school's policies
Collecting completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher
Reporting back on the behaviour of pupils during the class and any issues arising

To be considered for this role, you will need:

Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
A CV that covers all of your employment history
Legal right to work in the UK
The academic ability and personality to inspire, engage and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages
