We're looking for a Content Review Lead to join a fast-paced, dynamic and proactive team As a Content Review Lead, you will partner with the Policy, Content, Product and Engineering teams to serve the most exciting and safe content to Snapchatters all across the globe.
What you'll do:
- Manage the day to day operations and ensure a seamless business rhythm between all internal and external stakeholders
- Be the go to person on content policies & guidelines, identify policy gaps and participate in shaping policy recommendation
- Develop training material and deliver training to team members
- Design operational excellence initiatives, including metrics to understand and improve operations performance and programs to improve quality
- Deliver key projects within the Content Review roadmap, including execution and measured progress
- Identify trends to enhance processes and improve efficiency, while driving longerterm automated solutions
- Drive quality management activities and conduct regular quality audits
- Manage all escalations and triage to appropriate stakeholders
- Work with crossfunctional teams to support the product roadmap, manage execution, assess and mitigate risks, develop trend reports and deliver feedback
- Work with vendor partners to operationalize new rollouts delivered by global workflows, develop and deliver trainings, and run regular calibration sessions
- Keep uptodate with industry trends to help improve Snap operations
- Constantly evaluate workflow processes and tools and drive solutions to ensure they are efficiency, high quality and scalable
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Shown ability to build trust with multiple diverse global teams
- Excellent project management experience with adherence to tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Experience with JIRA, Zendesk or similar issue tracking software
- Passion for the online safety space
- Passion for Snap, content, and creativity
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in content moderation, operations/programme management, product or related role
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical leadership experience
- Datadriven and selfstarter with a passion for problem solving
- Ability to use data to support decisionmaking and business action
- Experience in managing multiple projects and crossfunctional stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Experience in online safety related disciplines at a technology company
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to content moderation
