  • £32,000 PRO RATA (DOE)***Our client, a leading healthy eating brand, are seeking a proactive and solutions focused Team Assistant on a 6-month FTC to support a busy and social team.


Based in gorgeous offices in Victoria, the team take pride in their culture with a strong ethos for employee care, self-development, and trust.


Due to the immediate need our client is looking for a Team Assistant who is available immediately, commercially minded, collaborative, and keen to streamline the business life of the team.


Main responsibilities will include:


  • Provide regular detailed analysis and reporting for the team
  • Assist in change and process management
  • Follow up and report daily/ weekly with all agents, internal stakeholders, legal counsel and contractors for new store openings
  • Manage invoicing
  • Produce monthly performance report
  • Manage, request, and close out purchase orders and update project financial trackers, keeping the team aware of all challenges and potential over spends
