Description

Head of Adult Services - Learning Disabilities

Location:
North London

Salary:
£60k - £65k (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing a team of social care professionals, ensuring the delivery of highquality care and support services to service users.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, health professionals, and other stakeholders in the care sector.
Ensuring that the service meets all relevant regulatory requirements and adheres to best practice guidelines.
Developing and implementing operational plans to meet the needs of service users and improve service quality and performance.
Ensuring that service user feedback is gathered, analyzed, and used to inform service development and improvement.
Managing the service budget and ensuring financial sustainability.
Growing the Business & ensuring Occupancy levels are consistenly high.

Requirements:

Previous operational or regional experience in adult social care is essential.
Knowledge and experience of the learning disabilities sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A track record of leading and managing highperforming teams.
Strong business acumen and experience of managing budgets.
A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to keep up to date with developments in the care sector.
