My client is a leading international firm based in Leeds City Centre who are looking for a Billing Assistant to join their team.

In this job you will be responsible for the billing of clients and will create billing related reports.


The job with suit anyone with previous Finance Administration or Billing experience or Graduates with 6 months + administration experience or a finance related degree.


Job description forBilling Assistant

  • Produce finance reports
  • Ensure timely resolution of billing queries liaising with third parties, the customer and internal contacts
  • Ensure accurate invoices are sent to clients
  • Handling ebilling rejections
  • Review matters regularly to ensure files are kept up to date
  • Spot check large amounts of numerical data to identify potential issues before they arise

Job skills required forBilling Assistant

  • Ideally educated to Degree Level
  • Previous experience within Administration or a Finance environment
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills with high levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data
  • Able to commute to Leeds City Centre
