My client is a leading international firm based in Leeds City Centre who are looking for a Billing Assistant to join their team.
The job with suit anyone with previous Finance Administration or Billing experience or Graduates with 6 months + administration experience or a finance related degree.
Job description forBilling Assistant
- Produce finance reports
- Ensure timely resolution of billing queries liaising with third parties, the customer and internal contacts
- Ensure accurate invoices are sent to clients
- Handling ebilling rejections
- Review matters regularly to ensure files are kept up to date
- Spot check large amounts of numerical data to identify potential issues before they arise
Job skills required forBilling Assistant
- Ideally educated to Degree Level
- Previous experience within Administration or a Finance environment
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills with high levels of attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data
- Able to commute to Leeds City Centre
