Job Introduction

We have a vacancy for a
Mental Health Practitioner (Band 5) who has previous experience as a RMN or OT.

You will be visiting individuals with a variety of complex needs to provide assessment and intervention in order to support their recovery journey.

We are looking for someone who is energetic and has creative skills in providing evidence based interventions that support and enhance quality of life.

This may involve visits at the person's home, during community based activities or via platforms suchas Microsoft Teams.

We aim to support development in all areas of the person's life so, while you will support improvement of daily living skills, you will also get involved in exciting projects such as helping plan and prepare for a holiday or a trip to the seaside or a themepark.

We want you to promote opportunities for fun and learning through holistic assessment, positive risk taking and person-centred planning.

You
MUSThave a degree in either _
Occupational Therapy_ or _
Mental Health Nursing_ and be either HCPC or NMC registered. In addition it would desirable if you have Sensory Integration awareness.

You will be based in Lincolnshire with potential to travel further afield when required. It is essential that you have a
UK Driving Licence and access to a suitable vehicle.

You will have relevant experience relating to Mental Health, Learning Disability, Complex Needs, Autism and/or Acquired Brain Injury.
