Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Provide clerical support to the team as needed
  • Utilize organizational skills to keep track of important documents and deadlines
  • Type and format documents as required
  • Assist with computerized bookkeeping using Xero
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred
  • Proficient in data entry and good computer skills
  • Familiarity with Xero and other office software programs
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£11.00-£13.00 per hour
