Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide clerical support to the team as needed
- Utilize organizational skills to keep track of important documents and deadlines
- Type and format documents as required
- Assist with computerized bookkeeping using Xero
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and good computer skills
- Familiarity with Xero and other office software programs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
