Working with in an international Marketing team of 11 people, you will be project managing and delivering multiple projects to meet the marketing objectives and delivering value to our customers while supporting sales departments achieve their targets.
From day one in this role, you will take ownership of the installer marketing programme.
Your key objective will be to attract, convert and retain new underfloor heating Installers to the Warmup brand through a wide variety of online and offline initiatives and campaigns.
You'll also work with our dynamic creative team to coordinate (from conception to delivery) online and offline campaigns for your programme.
You will be given the freedom to design a solid plan of action to achieve the objectives set for your programmes by the Head of Marketing.
You will also have the opportunity to work on other programmes, including our homeowner audience, assisting in the coordination of all marketing output.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited too
Programme Lead - Installers
- Execute all marketing activity on this integral programme
- Understand the audience, develop personas and ensure we as a business know this key segment of the market
- Manage our inperson training events from plan to execution
- Invite guests
- Order essentials
- Book trainer
- Following and delivering on the marketing strategy to present our brand to homeowners
- Work with key departments to deliver campaigns, content, and push press releases to this audience
- Work with the Head of Marketing to determine the best and most relevant exhibitions to attend
- Liaise and negotiate with the exhibition holders to organise our attendance at the event
- Work with the relevant suppliers to design the build of the stand
- Project manage the prebuild, onsite build and breakdown of the stand
- Design and obtain the necessary promotional items for use at the exhibition
- Organise the necessary resources to run stand at the exhibition
- Conduct the ROI, project closure feedback and attendee review following the exhibition
- Manage data of this audience on our CRM platform
- Produce the performance reports
- Blogs
- Social Media posts
Required Skills:
- You are capable of project managing (you'll be taking on important projects that will have a big impact on the business)
- You have at least 1year professional experience in a marketing role
- You know how to use Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- You are great with people
- You are optimistic, enthusiastic, driven, and able to work underpressure
Salary:
We'll start you off between £26-30K (depending on experience and capabilities), with the opportunity to have remunerated targets and the ability to be promoted if you prove yourself successful.
