Physit Physiotherapy was founded in 2012 with the aim to fill the growing demand for people to be treated at home due to their immobility following injury or surgery.

Since then, we have been providing high quality care not only at people's home, but in care homes and workplaces.


We are looking for friendly, and professional administrator to join our team in our Central office in Putney (South West London), who wants to grow with our business.


This is not a work from home position.

Role and Responsibilities:


We are looking for friendly, and professional administrator to join our team in our Central office in Putney (South West London), who wants to grow with our business.


The Practice Administrator will be integral part of supporting the Practice manager in the day to day running of Practice and they will provide administrator support to the Physiotherapist team.


  • Provide excellent customer service when dealing with any existing and potential new Clients.
  • Manage Client onboarding and appointment scheduling.
  • Identify and overcome obstacles when dealing with new enquiries to convert prospects to clients.
  • Completion of basic financial duties, including allocation of payments, managing Client invoicing and debt management.
  • Completion of administrative tasks relating to patient records, including filing, document management whilst always maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Completion of regular Client followup activities to drive occupancy.
  • Managing appointment cancellations in line with cancellation policy.
  • Liaising with 3rd party providers (i.e. insurance providers, medical partners).
  • Maintenance of stock and stationary levels and completing stocktake.
  • Opening and closing the Office.
  • Must be able to flex up hours to cover holidays.

Essential skills:


  • Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focussed customer service in a similar setting as a Receptionist
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and flexibility to be able to adapt to the changes in priorities during day
  • Able to work independently solve problems and manage own workload
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft productivity software
  • Maintain confidentiality

Desired skills:


  • Experience working with social media platforms
  • Experience with creating reports and database records (CRM)

Contract type: Permanent, part time - approx 12 hours per week
