They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager with at least 2 years' experience, a full UK driving licence, and ideally be ARLA/NFoPP qualified.


In this role you will be representing the company brand, helping them to continue standing out from the crowd and demonstrating the excellent service and work ethic that their customers have become accustomed to.

This is an exciting opportunity for you toplay an integral part in developing the lettings management side of the business.


Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Managing tenancies and liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Carrying out detailed midterm property visits
  • Assessing and evaluating maintenance issues, providing good advice and arranging repairs
  • Qualifying suitable contractors for the preapproved directory
  • Ensuring lettings stock is ready for marketing
  • Overseeing pre and post tenancy procedures including deposits
  • Evaluating current role specific processes and proposing / introducing improvements
  • Lettings file progression and paperwork production
  • Sending documents for digital signing
  • Keeping CRM system (RPS) up to date with relevant notes and information
  • Handling basic customer queries during busy periods.

Personal specification:

  • Ideally 2+ years' property management experience
  • ARLA/NFoPP qualifications would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Ability to integrate well into a small professional team
  • Full UK driving licence.
The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 6pm, Friday 9.30am to 5pm.
