Head of Technology - DevOps - Retail Banking

Excellent opportunity opens for a
Head of Technology/ Head of Infrastructure to lead the
transformationand operation of
Technology Infrastructureand the
IT Services teams to be more responsive, resilient and better able to support our Colleagues and Members and thereby advance our purpose.

In this role, you will deliver on an upcoming body of
DevOps Implementation. We are looking for someone who has implemented a DevOps operating model, optimising the role of infrastructure services to enable agile delivery and has a strongunderstanding of the "state of the art" in terms of infrastructure management (e.g.,
SRE, chaos engineering, containerisation, lean, infrastructureascode).
Take technical leadership of the infrastructure ensuring that it is resilient, performant and secure while over the medium term migrating it to a public
Cloud based IAAS or PAAS mode

Manage an annual operating budget of c.
£1015m.
