We are delighted to be working with one of our clients in the Ormskirk area.Who are recruiting for a Process Analyst to join the Pensions Team.
The Role
The Process Analyst will support the Project team and other Departments in the running/processing of business as usual activities, the management of data and the production of detailed analysis reports and communications.
Responsibilities
- Working within the projects team in the Pension Department delivering the departmental processes.
- Follow and perform established process activities.
- Support other department team members as work demands.
- Utilise Excel (and other relevant software) to deliver simple and complex tasks.
- Produce and developed training guidance, procedures and checking documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in relation to activities.
- Maintain system held standard documents including letters and historical practice manuals.
- Maintain office filing and archiving systems.
- Develop strong relationships with key departments and look to develop ways of improving processes.
Skills Required:
- Confident with MS Office software (Excel and Word)
- Organised and meticulous in keeping on top of and understanding processes.
- Ability to follow defined process instructions methodically.
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated and able to manage conflicting processes and priorities.
- Ability to work proactively and within a fast paced, flexible environment,capable to deal with change in a positive manner.
- Building relationships with the team, department, personnel and 3rd parties.
- Good communicator

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
