We are delighted to be working with one of our clients in the Ormskirk area.
Who are recruiting for a Process Analyst to join the Pensions Team.


The Role


The Process Analyst will support the Project team and other Departments in the running/processing of business as usual activities, the management of data and the production of detailed analysis reports and communications.

Also to assist other teams with more complex tasks, procedures and processes through experience


Responsibilities

  • Working within the projects team in the Pension Department delivering the departmental processes.
  • Follow and perform established process activities.
  • Support other department team members as work demands.
  • Utilise Excel (and other relevant software) to deliver simple and complex tasks.
  • Produce and developed training guidance, procedures and checking documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives in relation to activities.
  • Maintain system held standard documents including letters and historical practice manuals.
  • Maintain office filing and archiving systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with key departments and look to develop ways of improving processes.

Skills Required:


  • Confident with MS Office software (Excel and Word)
  • Organised and meticulous in keeping on top of and understanding processes.
  • Ability to follow defined process instructions methodically.


  • Analytical thinking

  • Attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated and able to manage conflicting processes and priorities.
  • Ability to work proactively and within a fast paced, flexible environment,capable to deal with change in a positive manner.
  • Building relationships with the team, department, personnel and 3rd parties.
  • Good communicator

Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
