Your new company

My client is a well established Education organisation based in Leeds with a fantastic reputation and a presence across the UK.

Due to ongoing growth and several exciting transformation projects coming up, my client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Businesspartner initially on an interim basis.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of HR with a dotted line into the senior leadership team, this role will take a lead on several key projects including a new site opening, as well as supporting the Head of HR to drive and develop the OD strategy across the business aswell as identifying changes to support the business's ongoing demand.

HRBP or a HR project manager to join a fantastic, high profile business and really drive the OD strategy as well as establishing the key foundations for the business.

Although this is currently an interim project, there will be senior HR roles available ona permanent basis and this role will help shape these future roles.
