Full time - wage negotiable for the right person

37.5 hours per week


With at least 5 years experience in the youth and community and employability sector you will be lead a small team delivering youth led activities and programmes to young people accessing our programmes at YMCA Newcastle.

Your values will be aligned to ours values of; equity, respect, tolerance, openness and integrity.


You will have the necessary experience and qualifications to design and deliver activities and programmes that help young people to develop their skills, make positive choices and overcome barriers they may have to educational attainment, employment or a crisis.

You will have the ability to use performing and creative arts or sport, recreation, outdoor activities and residentials to deliver your programme.

We want a creative and dynamic Team Leader passionate about making a difference.
