The acquisition will support the continuation of Charles Taylor's successful growth strategy, with a focus on expanding client relationships, broadening specialist capabilities and the range of services and technology solutions, deepening geographic coverage, and reinvesting in quality of service and technology.


The Role:


A key requirement of the role is to work at the direction of the Client Funds Manager and build effective working relationships with the global Charles Taylor Claims Solutions team, Treasury and Finance functions and external business parties including brokers, insurers and clients.

This would be hybrid working with 3-4 days in the office and rest from home.


Key Responsibilities:

The Client Funds Administrator will act at the direction of the Client Funds Manager with responsibilities including:

  • Supporting the administration of Charles Taylor client funds on a global basis for multiple lines of business including Aviation and Marine.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with Charles Taylor Claims Adjusters, brokers, insurers and payees;
  • Administering client funds;
  • Maintaining a register of client funds including client participation and entitlement to interest payments;
  • Sourcing internal and external documentation to ensure all agreements are in place to allow client funds to be paid out.
  • Completing sanctions screening and other associated checks as required by Charles Taylor policy;
  • Maintaining a ledger of client fund activity, which includes contributions to the fund, allocations, accrued quarterly interest and details of transfers and payments from accounts;
  • Working with Charles Taylor Claims Adjusters to respond to ad hoc client fund related queries;
  • Supporting the Finance team as required;
  • Undertaking any ad hoc or additional tasks as directed by Charles Taylor management.

Required Skills:


  • GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C)
  • Essential.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams etc. Essential.
