Salary:
£28,000 - £31,000 depending on experience**
About the role
We're excited to be looking for a
Marketing Officer to join our Commercial team.


As a Marketing Officer you'll use your proven experience to deliver creative and engaging B2B marketing campaigns that get results.

You'll play a pivotal role in developing and managing the delivery of tactical marketing plans across a number of business areas to support the achievement of strategic objectives and KPIs.

Working closely in collaboration with stakeholders from across NCFE, such as product and commercial management, and sales teams.

Additionally, you'll work in conjunction with the digital marketing, communication and design teams to ensure the effective execution and delivery of these tactical marketing plans and campaigns.


How you'll make an impact:


  • Activate best in class integrated marketing campaigns, aligned to business requirements to drive ROI.
  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of tactical plans audience, timelines, KPIs, value proposition, and USPs.
  • Develop the messaging frameworks that will be used in campaigns and to support content creation plans.
  • Ensure all marketing activity relates directly to the business strategy, with monitoring and evaluation to demonstrate the measurable impact of achievement against objectives.

We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • 3+ years' experience working in a comparable marketing operations and campaign delivery role.
  • Demonstrable experience in coordination of multichannel marketing activity both on and offline.
  • Demonstrable experience of preparing tactical marketing plans.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions based on evidence and data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional grammar and spelling.
