About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Adult Safeguarding Team in Surrey, where you will play a critical role in protecting vulnerable adults from harm, abuse, or neglect while promoting their independence and well-being.
As a Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with individuals, their carers, and multi-agency partners to manage safeguarding concerns, carry out investigations, and develop robust care and protection plans.
