User Researcher - Up to £450 per day - Contract until March 2023

Location:
Remote, occasional travel to London

Must have valid SC NPPV3 clearance

Role:

An experienced User Researcher is required to join a new DevOps delivery team, working to build a new digital service.

The User Researcher will plan, design, and carry out research activities with users that help teams get a deep understanding of the peoplethat use the new service, and use this research to informs policy, proposition, service, content, and interaction design so that the service works well for users and achieves policy intent.
