Education & Finance Administrator - (Full Time hours per week)


Overview
Scottish Disability Sport (SDS) is the Scottish governing body for disability sport.

We lead inclusive sport in Scotland for participants and athletes with physical, sensory or learning disabilities, to ensure any person with a disability can participate in sport and physical activity, no matter their ability, geography or age.


The post will be based at the SDS Head Office at Caledonia House, South Gyle, Edinburgh, EH12 9DQ with the option of hybrid working.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support financial administration, including invoice processing and handling queries, credit control, general banking, tutor claims and reconciliation
  • Provide administrative support to staff and volunteers
  • Work as part of the administration team supporting other areas as required
  • Undertake additional projects from time to time as directed

Qualifications and *A relevant qualification in a

Good working knowledge of Experience of Sage or similar

experiences (in Microsoft Office/365, finance software

Experience of Microsoft procedures and equipment Teams:
  • Experience of working with cloud based data systems
  • Good literacy and numeracy etc.

Job Types:
