Connect 2U Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work at our clients successful HGV repair depot in Uxbridge, UB9.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Ensure recharges are justified with all the paperwork required
  • Ensure the recharge is accurately charged with a P/O Number and an Invoice Number per line
  • Provide a Recharge Report to the Depot manager & Regional Operations manager every week
  • Support the Depot Manager during customer meetings
  • Answer to customer's queries regarding the recharges with the Depot Manager / recharge management person of each depot.
  • Champion the recharge process throughout the depot
  • Additional duties as required by Line Manager
  • Work in line with and respect the company's policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Deal with telephone calls
  • Manage the invoicing process for the Depot
  • Be the debt controller for the Depot
  • Complete the full recharge process

Measures of Success

  • Achievement of recharge revenue target for the region.
  • Achievement of completed paperwork related to each recharge case.
  • The correctly trained staff in each depot of the correct and appropriate recharge process.

Skills, Experience & Qualities

  • Operating system knowledge of Kerridge / Greenforce / IGLOO
  • Google operating system knowledge
  • Tenacity to succeed in a fast paced and demanding environment

  • Work to tight deadlines
