Are you an experienced administrator with a strong attention to detail? We are currently seeking a
Course Administrator to support the organisation and delivery of our MSc and Intellectual Property (IP) programs on a part-time basis.

Working hours are 30 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate of £14.72. The position is available ASAP for a 12-week duration.


Responsibilities include:

  • Admissions support, including initial eligibility checks, documentation preparation, and communication with students
  • Organising student induction, academic/dissertation supervisors, and graduate mentors
  • Providing advice and support to current students
  • Administrative preparation and distribution of course resources
  • Organising and supporting MSc social and networking events
  • Maintaining student records and implementing changes from the University and Faculty
  • Preparing and updating website copy, with assistance from the IT team
  • Supporting key events at the organization, including the Residential Programme, workshops, alumni events, and lecture series

Selection criteria:

  • Administrative experience in a comparable role
  • Ability to produce accurate work to deadlines, without close supervision
  • Experience handling large amounts of data and information
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong IT proficiency
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

_ TSS workers accrue holiday pay that is equivalent to 38 days per year, this means you accrue a whopping 17.1% in holiday pay for the hours that you work for us._
