We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and inspirational
HLTA to work as part of our team two days a week. We also have a vacancy
for a GTA and these roles can work alongside each other if applicants are
looking for a full time position.

Carleton promotes the highest standards for all of our children. The Governors
are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and outstanding individual to take on
the role of HLTA asap, preferably to work in KS2 two days a week, though we
can be flexible about age groups. This is an exciting opportunity for a
motivational person to join our skilled and friendly staff.


The role will include:


  • Teaching from our detailed and well planned curriculum;
  • Covering classes as required;
  • Working effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team;
- using a wide range of strategies to motivate and challenge individuals

and groups;

  • Creating and implement educational resources and materials if
required;

  • Being able to engage positively with parents and the community and
be able to promote the vision and values of our school and Trust.

  • An experienced, enthusiastic and committed HLTA;
  • A team player;
  • Energetic, motivated, positive with a cando attitude;
  • Committed to highstandards and expectations;
  • Creative, interesting and willing to take risks;
