Description
We are looking for a part time cook for our friendly Care Home. You will be cooking and baking for our residents. You will be involved in stock ordering, stock rotation, cleaning and menu planning. You will be supported by the Kitchen Assistants and Cook. You will also be involved in organising party menus and cooking/baking for events. We look after 40 elderly residents so it is important to have great understanding of their dietary requirements.

Average of 24.5 hours per 2 week rota. 7.30am to 2.30pm.

£11.72 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Derby, DE1 2TL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Cooking: 1 year (required)
  • Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
