Description

Saxon Solicitors specialise in immigration and asylum law. We are looking for a talented and hard-working individual to take on a mixed caseload of immigration files.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, handling immigration cases across different categories, including family-based, employment-based, asylum, and corporate immigration cases.

Prior experience of handling an immigration caseload is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end immigration cases, covering all aspects of immigration law.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

Conducting client consultations and assessments

Providing legal advice on immigration matters

Representing clients in immigration-related legal proceedings

Keeping abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations

Collaborating with other team members to ensure the best possible service to clients


Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and experience in handling various immigration cases

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


Salary:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
