Are you a Revit Technician who wants to work on exceptionally varied and diverse projects in a team atmosphere?
Our projects include large industrial and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes and working for interesting clients including F1 Teams, motor manufacturers, Schools/Universities, contractors, developers, Overseas projectsetc.
We now have an extremely exciting opportunity for a Revit Technician to join our significant, experienced and talented Surveying Team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop 2D AutoCAD design proposals and drawings
- Develop technical details from various concept designs
- Develop 3D REVIT model design proposals and drawings
- Develop designs from feasibility stages to Building Regulations and Tender purposes
- Work with 3D pointcloud survey data to produce accurate 2D/3D drawing/model replicas
- Presenting data to clients and writing reports
- Attending client meetings to establish design scope/progress
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Engineering Revit Technician
- Fully conversant in AutoCAD, REVIT
- Experience of working with 3D pointcloud data is not essential but would be beneficial
- Good technical knowledge of building fabric/elements
- Experience of laser scan registration from survey data is not essential but beneficial
