We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator in our Newcastle office.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or interns looking to progress their career in administration.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate meeting rooms
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and other adhoc duties as required

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,076.35 per year
