We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator in our Newcastle office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate meeting rooms
- Providing administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with travel arrangements and other adhoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,076.35 per year
