My client is a reputable contractor that are looking to onboard a Project Administrator to join their well established team.

This is a site based role.


Key Responisbilites -

  • Supporting the project sites with administrative tasks.
  • Attend live project sites to assist with site paperwork, scanning completed site documents and saving them with the agreed naming convention to the appropriate folders on the Company shared drive.
  • Working with the Commercial Manager and Finance Manager to manage and source stationery, welfare, plant and equipment orders for the project sites.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for site orders.
  • Confirm site orders have been received and deal with any queries, scanning and filing delivery notes.
  • Review and manage site signage stock, ordering any signage, as required.
  • Creating, printing and laminating any in house signage, as required.
  • Liaise with Project Manager to set up new projects including creating job folders, ordering site set up consumables and coordinating any items for delivery from in house stores.
  • Responsible for keeping the company asset list up to date using asset software, ensuring any new asset items are logged and assigned, as applicable.
  • Undertaking regular review of the company asset list to ensure asset information is up to date, assets are in the correct location and ensuring any repairs or testing is undertaken in a timely manner.
  • On project completion, ensure that all site document has been scanned on the Company shared drive, work with the Project Manager to coordinate return of any site tools and equipment to site stores.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all parties involved, including client and subcontractors as well as colleagues within the company.
  • Adhere to and carry out health and safety role as defined in the company Health and Safety policy and procedure manual.
  • Ensuring company standards and policies and international standards are met and complied with including ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO4500
  • Ad hoc duties as directed by line manager

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£18.00-£23.00 per hour
