As an early-stage start-up, Forseven's business model is still under wraps - but the business has declared its ambition to streamline the way premium, dynamically-engaging vehicles are made, and offer them via an ecosystem that captures the imagination.

The business is UK based has its sights set on the global automotive industry and has assembled a leadership team to do just that.

The opportunity

  • An incredible opportunity for you to get on the ground floor at Forseven and lead the creation of a Portfolio Management Office. You will define the vision and framework for a world class PMO by leveraging your experience of having done this previously, ideally in an automotive startup context. You will build an Ateam of program/project managers who will help us deliver an incredible product to market.
What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for overall portfolio governance, defining and managing PMO, and ensuring our portfolios, programmes and projects deliver our strategic objectives on time and under budget
  • You will define and implement processes and guidelines for portfolio/program/project management, risk management, and performance measurement using OKRs, to ensure consistent and effective execution
  • You will establish clear lines of communication and collaboration between the PMO and the wider business, to ensure that all parties are aware of progress, challenges, and changes
  • You will facilitate crossfunctional collaboration with other VPs, and ensure that resources are being used effectively and efficiently to achieve the company's OKR
  • You will have the leadership of a team of PMO staff providing a supportive team environment and supporting their personal and professional development
Who you are - You will have the required training and qualifications in Project Management, e.g. PMP, agile etc

  • You can demonstrate experience of having done this before in an automotive environment or a startup (ideally both) with 10+ years of experience
  • You like to take a collaborative approach to problemsolving
  • You are an excellent communicator and are at ease engaging with senior leadership
  • You build a supportive and caring environment for your colleagues and lead by example
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and enjoy working in ambiguity
