Who we need**The People Services Team Leader is a pivotal role within our shared service team, responsible for managing the People Services shared service inbox, organising team workload, as well as carrying an administration workload themselves, supporting on more complex queries.


The role requires exceptional organisation, communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR processes and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our managers and colleagues across the college.

What you'll bring


We are looking for someone with the below experience:

  • Extensive HR administration
  • Pensions schemes and pension administration
  • Payroll handover
  • Line management/team leadership
  • Experience working in the Education sector is also desirable, but not essential.
