My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in their office based in the centre of Amersham.

You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouragedand supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.


Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Booking valuations
  • Registering applicants
  • Dealing with rental clients and landlords
  • Liaising with the team to help manage the lettings business
  • Managing the units with Property Management team
Skills & Experience for this Lettings Negotiator Valuer role:

  • Transferable sales/lettings client focused role
