LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is a UK-based partnership, wholly owned by the private banking group LGT, which is in turn owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein.

Brief Role Objective:
As a Scrum Master, you will play a leading role both in the product team you assist and in supporting the digital transformation of our business.
Organisationally, this role is part of our change team which includes project managers, business analysts and Scrum Masters. This gives you ecellent networking within the company and constant mutual echange.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guides and educates the product and technology team on the use of Agile practices and principles
- Runs and manages agile ceremonies: sprint planning, sprint reviews, daily Scrums, and retrospectives
- Optimises the flow of work through the product team, supporting the Product Manager in creating product roadmaps and combing backlogs with regular refinement meetings
- Is able to when necessary, prepare and distribute reports on the performance of the squad(s) Resolves risks, issues, interdependencies and manages e
- Creates a harmonious environment, managing conflict quickly and appropriately, creating a trusting and cooperative environment to enable the team is able to perform to its optimal level
- Estimate and manage releases with product release management, project managers and business stakeholders aligning to project timescales, release calendars and stakeholder needs
- Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices, coordinating with other Scrum Masters and LGT Agile Coaches to ensure that processes are optimised
- The nature of the role requires some work outside of normal business hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Key Skills and Competency Requirements:
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- Ability to establish a datadriven culture and a repeatable, structured, and disciplined approach to the Agile process
- Proficient in the use of Jira for both team management and reporting E
