Finance AdministratorPertemps are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Administrator to join a manufacturing company based in Andover to cover maternity Leave.
This will be a full-time position running for 9-12 months.Responsibilities as a Finance Administrator:
- Processing invoices, reconciliations and other payments
- Maintain accurate details within sage accounting system
- Process and maintain sales ledger
- Month end reports and balance sheets
- Inventory, payroll and prepayments
- Assist with audit processes
- Overseeing the accounts mailbox and filing
- Working alongside the financial controller
Requirments for this position:
- AAT qualified
- Sage experience is desierable
- All round accountancy experience to a high level
- Fully IT literate
- Strong attention to detail
A little bit more about this role:
- Covering maternity cover, running for 9-12 months starting from March
- Monday
- Thursday 8.30am 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am 1.30pm
- Hybrid working may be available, but you must be able to attend the office 23 times a week
- Located in Walworth Industrial Estate
