Finance Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Administrator to join a manufacturing company based in Andover to cover maternity Leave.

This will be a full-time position running for 9-12 months.

Responsibilities as a Finance Administrator:

  • Processing invoices, reconciliations and other payments
  • Maintain accurate details within sage accounting system
  • Process and maintain sales ledger
  • Month end reports and balance sheets
  • Inventory, payroll and prepayments
  • Assist with audit processes
  • Overseeing the accounts mailbox and filing
  • Working alongside the financial controller

Requirments for this position:

  • AAT qualified
  • Sage experience is desierable
  • All round accountancy experience to a high level
  • Fully IT literate
  • Strong attention to detail

A little bit more about this role:

  • Covering maternity cover, running for 9-12 months starting from March


  • Monday

  • Thursday 8.30am 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am 1.30pm
  • Hybrid working may be available, but you must be able to attend the office 23 times a week
- £30,000 pro rata

  • Located in Walworth Industrial Estate
