Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator within our central support team whose key responsibilities will be support the Operations Team with all elements relating to the successful delivery of client projects.

Additionally, to support the Hunter House team with ad hoc administrative support and liaison with our external providers.


This role is full time and the working pattern includes Sundays, with one day (Tuesday to Thursday) to be taken in lieu of this.

This will be agreed in the interview stages.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and book all employee (and associate, where appropriate) travel, accommodation, and vehicle requirements, ensuring the most efficient and commercial means possible
  • Respond to and communicate with all site teams and other travellers efficiently, producing travel packs for European travel (including vehicle packs)
  • Procure all site materials, researching the options available to get the most costeffective products for the business, including site set up products
  • Maintain stocks, audit & order office consumables such as kitchen supplies, cleaning products & stationery
  • Maintain stocks of Hunter PPE
  • Act as the liaison between employees & our external IT provider, including escalating IT queries to the provider, setting up new starters & removing leavers
  • Carry out all administration associated with the process for gaining VISAs, airside passes and DBS checks
  • Support with the organisation and delivery of employee events, e.g., birthdays and work anniversaries, Hunter Birthday, Team Building, Christmas activities etc.
  • Provide cover for the Training Coordinator
  • Provide support with HR administration tasks
  • General office support at Hunter House by answering telephone calls, greeting visitors & supporting ad hoc activities such as post office runs & office maintenance
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Undertake any reasonable request made by the Directors and management team

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A good standard of education (e.g. GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English).
  • Flexibility to work on a Sunday
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in an administration role
  • IT Literate (Microsoft Office strong Word, Excel & Teams skills)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • High degree of quality and diligence
  • Excellent organisation skills

Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
