Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Associate to join our team.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to welding, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical work, and more.

This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in various trades and the ability to use both hand and power tools.

Duties:

Perform welding tasks to join metal components
Install and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and fittings
Utilize hand tools to complete carpentry projects such as framing, installing doors/windows, and building structures
Conduct masonry work including bricklaying, concrete pouring, and tile installation
Perform electrical tasks such as wiring, installing lighting fixtures, and troubleshooting electrical systems
Use power tools to cut, shape, and fabricate materials
Paint surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
Conduct roof repairs and maintenance

Qualifications:

Proven experience in welding, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical work, or related trades
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in construction trades
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members

£15.00-£16.00 per hour
