    Description

    The Home has a long-standing commitment to providing care and support to vulnerable individuals, with over 250 years of experience in this field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks, including Government initiatives related to Adult Services.
    • Compliance with CQC requirements and inspection framework.
    • In-depth knowledge and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.

    Leadership and Management:

    • Excellent knowledge of management processes associated with leading teams, project planning, service delivery, and managing change processes.
    • Experience with rota management and Positive Risk Management.
    • Planning for CQC Inspections.
